Aldemaro Galletti trades objects handmade by Italian artisans. Every possible small imperfection emphasizes the manual production of the items. Each piece becomes unique and unrepeatable, different from all the others.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
Can’t find what you’re looking for? That doesn’t mean we don’t have it or can’t create it for you! Please use the CONTACT US form, and don’t hesitate to ask about special requests or customizations.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made through  Credit card or PayPal Gateway for your convenience.

INSURANCE
All items are fully insured against breakage during transit. If an item arrives damaged, requests for resolution must be submitted to Aldemaro Galletti within 3 days of receiving the goods.
IMPORTANT: Clear photographs of the damaged item are required in all cases to process the claim.

To ensure a smooth replacement process, please:

  • Keep the packaging and merchandise in their original condition.
  • Understand that for handmade items, replacements will be either the same piece or the closest possible equivalent.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Do not file a claim directly with the shipping company. If a claim is made to the shipping company by the recipient instead of the sender (Aldemaro Galletti), the insurance coverage will automatically become void, and we will no longer be able to assist with reimbursement or replacement.
  • Requests for resolution made more than 3 days after receiving the goods will not be eligible for insurance coverage, as the reimbursement period from the insurer will have lapsed.


RETURNS
No returns are authorized. If you think we sent you the wrong item, please contact us first.
